Summer Rangers Online Base Camp Enrollment:
Your passport to adventure in three simple steps.

 

A. Choose Options:
Check dates, online camp options and grade level guidelines by viewing the information on our summer 2020 Base Camp page.   Note: CIT options are available for kids currently in grades 6-12.  Internships are by invitation.

 

B. Registration Request:
Enrollment in online Base Camp for campers and CITs opens Thursday, May 7th at 8:00 am on the parent dashboard.
Camps do fill quickly so log on early to ensure you get your preferred weeks.

If you don’t have a family profile set up yet, head to our parent dashboard to start the process.  This will allow you to create a dashboard for your family ahead of time.  Once you click the “Continue to Enrollment Options” button, your account will be created and you will receive an email confirmation with temporary password.  Summer Base Camp enrollment options will not be visible until registration opens, but you will have a jump start on the process.

When enrollment opens, be sure to have your child’s physician’s name and phone number as well as your insurance information handy.

 

C. Payment:
Payment for camp weeks is due for each child when you receive an email from us, confirming your enrollment and is non-refundable.

Frequent Fliers:

Yes, you can request enrollment in as many camp weeks as you like!  You can also do what twenty percent of our campers and CITs do and repeat a previously attended camp. We vary the adventures from year to year, adding new storylines, workshops and activities…all carefully selected to fit themes kids love.

By moving online this year, your camper or CIT is guaranteed to have a completely new experience- while still getting to share in so many of the elements we love about camp- personal connection, engaging ideas, fun activities, and opportunities for creativity- all leading to excitement about the day and lots of stories to tell over dinner and throughout the week.

 

 

Cost/Leadership Ratio:

Our entire leadership team is excited to make sure you walk away certain your camp investment was worth every penny. We employ several adults who are educators because that level of professionalism makes all the difference in the quality of the kids’ experience…it costs more but it’s worth it. We bolster the team with interns and a large group of counselors in training – role models in our leadership training program. The end result is an exceptional staff to camper ratio; allowing a packed schedule of hands-on, kid-done creativity AND plenty of attention for everyone.

 

Enrollment confirmation:

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We do take time to ensure we have balanced programs – a mix of ages and of boys and girls in each camp week.   We generally send enrollment confirmations within one week of request submission.  If you were waitlisted last summer, please explain that in the enrollment question titled “notes” so we are able to take that into account.
