Health & Safety Protocols

• Vaccination

  We highly encourage (but do not require) all campers, CITs and staff be up to date with vaccinations prior to attending camp.

   

  Masks

  Masks are not required and are optional both indoors and outdoors at camp.

   

  Hygiene

  All campers, CITs and staff are encouraged to use good hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette. There are large containers of hand sanitizer, hand wash stations and boxes of tissues readily available for use at any time.

   

  Ventilation

  Indoor ventilation at camp is increased through the use of open windows, circulation fans, and new filters in ceiling air purifiers.

   

  Symptoms

  Staff, CITs and campers must report any new or unexplained symptom of COVID if one arises during the camp day. An example of an explained symptom is something pre-existing, such as asthma or allergies. The person with an unexplained symptom will be given a mask, be supervised but removed from contact with the larger group, and be sent home with a parent to be tested for COVID. The person can return to camp once they have tested negative, at least 24 hours have passed since their last fever, and their symptoms have improved.

   

  Quarantine

  If there is a household case of COVID 10 days or less before or during the time the camp week is in session and the related camper, CIT or staff person is vaccinated, no action is necessary. If they are not vaccinated, they must follow State of NH quarantine requirements for household family members.
